Uncle Burnham hasn't had any more seizures and they still don't know the cause. The doctors have reduced the doses of anti-seizure medicine because it gave him terrible migraine headaches. Of course they have increased the dose of anti-migraine medication. He gets so drained and tired from the seizure meds that he spends on the average of 1 day a week in bed.
Your cousin Brian (the Pilot) has been laid off by American Airlines. His wife is a nurse but it is probably hard on them with two girls to support.
