For the first time in 14 years I don't have a son playing baseball this time of year, but Justin had his first track meet yesterday.  He is running the 100 meter, 400 meter, 4x100 meter, and 4x400 meter.  He did well winning his heat of the 100 and his crew won the 4x400.
