If you have never seen/heard this, it is Steve Jobs commencement speech from Stanford University in June 2005.  The crux of his speech is about dealing with the adversity that we all face in our lives.  It resonates with me because if I had not been one of the 1600 people who got laid off from Vishay-Sprague in 1996, I would not have gone back to school and would not have gone down the career path that I have enjoyed for the past 11 years.  Do yourself a favor and spend the 14 minutes it takes to listen to this address.  I hope it feeds your soul like it does mine.  When life gives you lemons...make lemonade.
