This confirms what I have suspected for many years.  The dumbest kids on the planet live right here in Maine. 

Step one.      Commit a felony.

Step two.      Record said felony on a video capture device.

Step three.    Post the video on "youtube.com" so that you will get caught by the police.

Must be something in the water here because people are not born this stupid.
