Holy Smokes!

By now everyone must have seen the results of the Nathan's annual hot dog eating contest.  The winner consumed 66 hot dogs with buns in 12 minutes.  This just seems like a really bad idea to do something like this on purpose but there are some crazy people out there.  The hot dogs in my grocery store come 10 to a pack and each pack is 1 lb.  This guy ate 6.6 lbs of meat and all the buns to go with it.  Someone is going to die doing something like this, you watch.

      I'd be surprised if someone hasn't died already, According to the Herald, this contest has been going on for some 47 years. Think also what it says about the expansion of our stomachs, to go from whatever the number was in the first contest to 66 today.
