So today while I was making Guiding Star Vegetable Crudites with hummus, I was chatting with my fellow co-worker of produce. We talk all the time and we've become good friends. For some reason I asked her if she went to Salem High School (since that is where she lives and where her kids attend) but she said she went to Essex-Aggie. I was like oh!! My uncle went there, Keith Carlson. "No way! I graduated with him!... I remember him, he was from Danvers, he lived close to the Danversport Yacht Club." So it turns out that this is such a small world, and she wanted me to tell you[Keith] that she said hi. Her name is Wendy, she told me her maiden name, but she said he would remember her as Wendy anyway. Quite interesting situations.
