Good Morning everyone.
Do you remember Grampa Harold sitting down once a month in his basement office and typing a long letter to his blood  family about what was going on in his family? I don't remember for sure but I think he was a hunt and peck typist like me.
Are we starting our Christmas shopping yet?
I took 2 pictures of the floral spray on Mom's/Nana's grave yesterday. They are in my camera, in my screen savers, but I can't move them so I can send them either by E Mail or post them to this blog,
All for today?
I read where the Danvers Fire Chief say there was one and one half seconds between the alarm being received and the blast. I wonder if that gap wasn't how long it took for the sound/shock wave to reach the fire station?

Can't move them? I suspect that you just don't know where they are stored on your hard drive. If you know the path to the files, just attach them to an email and send them to me. I will post them for you.

Curt, I had Canon software which was handling our photos with our Canon digital camera very well. Then, along about January of this year, A new version of Adobe acrobat reader was being downloaded (I don't remember whether I asked for it or whether the download began when I was trying to read something requiring Acrobat).
Along with it came somekind of Adobe photo software, That screwed up both the Canon software and the Adobe software. Eventually I Unloaded the ADOBE software and the Canon software still didn't work. All photos from the camera are supposed to go to" MY Pictures" folder, but what ends up there are beautifil sunsets or sunrises. The only place the photos Mom or I took end up in the screen savers  software. (thank  God, I can see them there.)
I can't move them from there though.
PS I also have unloaded the Canon software and reinstalled it, but the problem still exists

What is the name and version # of the Canon software you are using?  You can usually find this information by opening the software and going to the file menu Help->About.  Every piece of software I have ever seen that manages digital photos allows you to specify where the files go when they are downloaded from your camera.  When you say you can't move them, this implies to me that you tried and got some kind of error when you attempted to move them.  What was the error?  Did you try to move them within the Canon software interface or at the Operating system level?
